マレーシアのツイッターユーザー・haniwaさんによる二次創作キャラクター「クッパ姫」の大流行から約１週間が経過した。
半日以上にわたってツイッターのトレンド１位をキープしたり、ツイッターやpixivがクッパ姫で埋め尽くされたりしたが、その一方でクッパ姫を利用して金儲けを企てたり、公式化署名活動が立ち上がるなど迷惑行為も横行している。
そんな中、haniwaさんが１０月１日午後９時すぎ（日本時間）、クッパ姫をめぐる問題についてコメントした。
